You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account on winmy12, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. 6.2 Voided Bets. winmy12 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, on cancelled events, or where a software or data error has manifestly affected the outcome. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Member's winmy12 wallet.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by winmy12 at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in this Agreement limits winmy12's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by winmy12 is governed by the winmy12 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. winmy12 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
winmy12 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
